Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be new customers to IDS and must not have previously participated in the IDS Epic 1-to-1 Exchange.
  • Each participant must bring two of their existing skincare products that are at least 1/3 full and not expired.

 

Exchange Requirement:

  • Participants will exchange their two existing skincare products for two IDS skincare products.
  • The products participants bring for exchange must be full-sized skincare products, with each product being at least 30ml in size.
  • Skincare products must not be travel-sized, samples, sachets, lip balms, sheet masks and makeup products.
  • IDS reserves the right to reject your exchange if the exchange items do not meet our specified criteria and conditions.

 

Bring Along a Friend:

  • If a participant brings a friend along, the friend must also be new to IDS and bring two existing skincare products that are at least 1/3 full and not expired.
  • The participant and their friend must come together for the selected and confirmed time slot.

 

Confirmation:

  • Participants will be notified via call, email, or WhatsApp if their participation is confirmed.

 

Information Usage:

  • By participating, participants agree to allow IDS to collect, use, and disclose their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the purpose of this exchange.

 

Product Selection:

  • Skincare products to be exchanged and given will be carefully selected by IDS representatives based on participants' skin condition to provide optimal results.

Event Dates:
The event will be held from March 20th to March 24th, except on March 23rd (Sunday), when the outlets will be closed.
*Important Note: Existing customers can walk in to participate, no appointment is needed. Please submit this form only if you would like more information or wish to be contacted regarding the product exchange.

  • Participants must be existing IDS customers who have made a purchase at any IDS entity, whether it's for products, treatments, or procedures.
  • Each participant must bring one skincare product to exchange. Please note, the product cannot be an IDS Skincare product.

 

Exchange Requirement:

  • The skincare product you bring must be at least 1/3 full and not expired.
  • The product must be full-sized (at least 30ml). Travel-sized products, samples, sachets, lip balms, sheet masks, and makeup products are not eligible for exchange.

 

Information Usage:
